As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and ISTI Certified Sex and Couples Therapist, I know that life and relationships take a lot of work. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals, couples and relationship(s) that are in need of support and/or seeking growth and change. From anxiety and depression to sexual functioning and communication, I can help you and your partner(s) work on bringing authenticity back into your lives. I have extensive experience working with military (Active Duty/Vets & Spouses), LGBTQ+, kink/poly relationships, HAES/Intuitive Eating, as well as Ex-pats and International Aid Workers stationed overseas. How does explicit dialogue differ from implicit assumptions we make about our relationship(s)? What impact does sexual functioning have on our relationships? Jealousy? Templates from our past can have an impact on how we interact with our partner(s), and many of us never really learned how to communicate effectively with our partners. I can help you to create strong relationships by teaching effective communication skills to resolve conflict and reduce stress. You can expect to be met with support, empathy and compassion in a scent-free, body positive space where we begin with an evaluation of your needs and together, develop a plan of action for the way forward.

Are you suffering from unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, or just feel like you could use a “tune-up?” I will meet you where you are and guide you on your journey to living a full life and experiencing the happiness that you so deserve. I am compassionate and supportive, but also may challenge you by examining the sources of your pain, questioning old ways of thinking, and then introducing new perspectives and coping skills. For the last decade, I have worked as a clinical social worker at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. This background has given me considerable experience treating a wide range of mental health issues, including: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief and Loss, Sleep Problems, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Relationship Problems, and Work Stressors. I have a down-to-earth therapy style and tend to avoid the psychological jargon that can be overly clinical and confusing to clients. I prefer to use a collaborative, eclectic approach, which is tailored to the individual client’s strengths and weaknesses.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. At this time, I am only offering teletherapy. I'm Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I specialize in working with children (9+), teens & young adults struggling ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, school and/or behavioral difficulties and self-esteem issues. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is the primary treatment modality that I use as well as mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. My goal is to support my clients with gaining skills to live their best lives. In working with children, teenagers & young adults, I start where they are and build rapport by allowing them to direct the course of our sessions with some guidance on topics. Where applicable, correspondence with their parents/guardians is often a key component to ensure our work gets practiced at home and we are all working toward a common goal. We are living in very uncertain times. Give yourself grace and grant yourself permission to take care of YOU. I would be honored to walk along side you and support you and/or your child on your journey.

My name is Samantha Gregg. I am a LCSW in Pennsylvania and an LMSW in Maryland. I offer telehealth services to those residing in PA and in-person or telehealth services to those residing in MD. A client who would be a good fit for my services is likely a child, teen, tween, or adult who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, neurodivergence, identity issues, difficulty finding providers fluent in ASL, the effects of trauma, and/or part of the LGBTQIA+ community. In outpatient therapy, internal motivation is important; I also hold the understanding that motivation can take time to build. Typical diagnoses/issues I work with are: depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, identity issues, social skills, mental health in the Deaf community, and those that identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities including Motivational Interviewing, play/art therapy techniques, and trauma/sensory-based interventions. I know how hard it can be to find a therapist that feels like the right fit. This is always a vulnerable process. And it can be especially intimidating if you’ve had unhelpful therapy experiences in the past. I am eager to learn what hasn’t worked for you, either when trying to heal alone OR in previous treatments. I also want to learn what has worked.
